Submitting a hyperlink in a form

Hello, I've created a form that collects news article submissions from my staff. I have a field where you can paste a hyperlink to the article, but I'm wondering if there is any way to have a field for the hyperlink and a different field for the text that displays for the link. Much the way you can add a hyperlink directly in a sheet by right-clicking on a field and selecting the hyperlink option.
