Disable automation for updates that I make

Background: I manage a sensitive smartsheet to which I make several dozen updates daily. I also have colleagues making occasional updates, and I want to see what their updates are.

Situation: I have set automation for all changes to come to me, but the result is that I see the dozens of changes that I am making + the few changes by others, and it is difficult to discern what other people are changing.

Ask: How can I set my automation so I don't get any changes that I myself am making? Like an exception to the automation.
