Hide widgets with no data in dashboard views

I would like to be able to hide widgets (specifically reports) on my dashboards when there are no items displayed. For example, I have a "follow up" and "Upcoming Decisions" report on my dashboard. If there are no follow ups or decisions that need attention, I would like to hide this without having to manually delete the widget. It does not look good to have empty reports on exec level reporting, and it takes up space that could be used to draw focus to the more important information.

See above for example of report that I would like to automatically hide if there are 0 rows visible (could be a toggle option on the widget options to hide report when empty)
