Smartsheet Form Error after Submitting

My Team gets this error from time to time when filling out an intake form I created. The part I find odd is that the form still submits with success and the information still feeds correctly without any issues into the raw data sheet. I have checked all the settings and configurations and everything is accurate. Any idea what may be causing it?

So it might be a network issue. Maybe a firewall is trying to block the traffic coming from the form. If you want to test the theory, recreate the form as a new form and see if you get the same issue. Also try creating a form on another sheet and see if you are getting the same error.
