Filter PDF by assignee (email address) and auto export PDF and email to assignee

I have a smartsheet grid file that I am not sharing due to confidential information. I would like to be able to filter the sheet by the assignee and auto export a PDF that automatically gets sent on a specific date of every month to the email address of the assignee.

I've seen the "send update request feature" but I'm worried that due to the length of the sheet and amount of fields that need update, I might lose track of the changes that are being made automatically into the sheet by the assignee's. On top of that, there is a chance that the assignee's enter information in the wrong format, therefore I rather send out a PDF that they can mark-up and send back to me by email.

Any suggestions on how to make this happen automatically in lieu of me "Sending rows" and selecting the assignee every month for each assignee?

• You could use one of the Premium Apps, Dynamic View or WorkApps
• You could send out a Report automatically for each assignee in PDF or Excel format
