Update request feature questions

-Is there a way that I can lock what type of data can be typed into the "update request" by the recipient. Such as, dates only or numbers only?

-If a row has multiple columns, can the recipient of a "update request" provide an update request for certain columns only, or will it only let them submit the update request if all columns are filled out?

-Is there a way to review & approve the "update requests" before they are populated into the sheet?

    Hi @rigobertotorresm

I hope you're well and safe!

    [Andrée Starå] Unfortunately, no.

[Andrée Starå] They can fill out one or more columns

-Is there a way to review & approve the "update requests" before they are populated into the sheet?

[Andrée Starå] Yes, if you use a so-called helper sheet to move/copy the row and then send the Update Request from it, and then when it's approved, you'd move it back to the original sheet.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
