What is the best way to connect a sheet to Azure DevOps

@Mike Meadors and I are working on setting up Smartsheet in our company. In doing this we are trying to connect our Azure DevOps to our Smartsheet Raid logs. I have seen a few questions from a couple of years ago, but wanted to know if anything more resent has been done in connecting the two.

What I would like to do is easily link by assigned too in DevOps to the Raid so when the BA updates a card on the board that is in the Raid it will update the corresponding item.

    So connecting to this is going to be dependent on what package your company has purchased from Smartsheet. I think you will need to at least have Enterprise to get started in doing this.
