Cleanest way to create a roster in a dashboard

Hi, I am looking to generate a roster, using a grid / report and represent this eloquently in a dashboard that we can link through SharePoint or other mechanism so it stays up to date....

As an example, I am showing the way I currently prepared the grid view:

Then, I tried to build a widget report, but it's listing all the column titles...

How is the best way to clean this up...Ideally, just want the dashboard to show the Emergency Response Role + the Contact listed..

  • I've never seen a report widget do that! Do you have a report that replicates the sheet grid? You can use that with the report widget.

    Or you could use the web widget with a link to the sheet?

    I haven't done much with publishing, but that could be an option.
