How to link forms in smartsheet?

Does anyone know how to link forms in a Smartsheet? I.e., if someone submits a request, I'd like to link that request to a work agreement form. Ideally, I would open the list of requests for review, select one, and generate a work agreement form that is linked to the request. That way, I would know which request it was originally responding to.

@ToniJH Does using URL queries in the form help you? You would add the request identifier as a parameter in the form URL and it would save that in a field in the sheet that gets the form data. Here's my video on URL query parameters, if that helps.
