Are you able to include an outlook calendar invitation when using a workflow confirmation?

I created a workflow to send an email confirmation after people register for an event and would like to know if you could include a calendar invitation that people could just accept and it will show up on their calendar.

    How many different options can there be?

    If it's the same for a period, we could probably include a link to the meeting. If it needs to be more flexible, we could maybe use a 3rd-party like Zapier to send out the invite.

    Would any of those options work/help?
