So we are building out our Smartsheet workspaces and workapps to to allow customers from numerous organizations access to their data, but not each others data and thus need a large, equal number of groups to help manage them.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a means to easily manage large numbers of groups. Can a sheet be created to help manage and deploy users to groups, is there a automated means we could setup using forms, am I doomed to manually plugging in lots of users into lots of groups? I am still rather new to Smartsheet so any advice would be appreciated, even just pointing to topics or tools that may help would be wonderful.
