Begin Date and End Date Not Working

Hi All, we have an issue that is creating major problems, the begin Date and end date are not working with the duration (Days is how we named it) column. Some of the dates are correct and some are not and we can't figure it out and it is messing up our whole work flow. Any help would be appreciated

Can you post a screen shot of the settings screen? Maybe dependencies were disabled at somepoint on accident?
