Progress Bar Automation between 2 Different Sheets
Hi to all you brilliant Smartsheet Wizards! 🧙♂️🧙♀️
I saw a question on here regarding how to "automate a progress bar" and I thought that is perfect for my tracking: Automate the Progress Bar — Smartsheet Community
My problem: I want the progress bar in Sheet A under "milestones". But I want it to source the data from Sheet B. But Sheet B has the checked tasks in a column rather than a single row because I have 100s of individual projects with their own milestones.
Sheet A: Each INC No. is a separate project that could have 3 milestones or 20 milestones.
Sheet B: I thought making a specific task sheet would work and I could connect the information via the progress bar in sheet A.
I was thinking of doing a Gantt chart - but I don't think it's necessary. I just need a simple "was this task done or not"

Does Sheet B has a % complete column for every task? Progress bar should have a reference value (%) in order to automate the milestone progress in Sheet A.
Thanks

Are you looking for a progress bar (how you start) or just a yes/no for if it is done (your last comment)?

@SPIPMO - It does not. Do you mean for instance if the first 2 tasks are complete I would put 20% as the reference?
@Paul Newcome - Either works for me, but if it's already a progress bar I assume it would probably be easiest to just leave the progress bar full rather than change it to "yes"

Try something like this:
=IF(COUNTIFS({Done}, @cell = 1) = COUNT({Task Name]@row), "Full", "Empty")
