Issue with Report column Unfreezing automatically
Has anyone had an issue with their report columns unfreezing automatically? At this point, I have to go in daily to re-freeze a column in a report because it significantly impacts the user experience for the other users. There is zero reason why any of the users would be manually removing this freeze as it would only make their job nearly impossible to do. I saw an old thread where someone mentioned potentially seeing this behavior when switching between monitors or otherwise changing the browser display size. Has anyone else seen this behavior and/or been able to determine a root cause? There is no history on freezing/unfreezing of columns, so the support team asked me to put in an idea for an enhancement request, but the likelihood of that idea rising to the top of the pack seems slim if it's some kind of edge-case bug.
Any help would be appreciated!

Check your activity log to see if you can see anything getting changed there.

Thanks, @Kleerfyre. Unfortunately, the activity log doesn't show anything for freezing/unfreezing rows. It only shows Report Viewed :(

If its someone unfreezing it, you might be able to track it down and find out why they are using the activity log. I know unfreezing might make it harder on them to use the sheet, but I have seen someone do that even though it made it harder. People are people and some don't understand that what they do might negatively affect others.

@Kleerfyre you are so correct, I tend to be overly optimistic...I am double checking with all users and will keep an eye on who has viewed it and try to see any patterns.

@Kleerfyre You were correct! Although I cannot for the life of me figure out why, a user was manually unfreezing it. Which makes me happy in at least there isn't some random invisible chaos at play :)

Yeah, most of the time, you can trace issues back to a user not doing something the way they are supposed to do. Glad you got it all figured out!
