Setting a reminder - automation not working

Hello, I am trying to set up a reminder to go out three days prior to the "Start Date" - I've tried using the trigger for rows being changed as well as dates changing, but nothing seems to work. See below sample. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance!

Hi @bedholm ,

Change your trigger to When a Date is reached

Select Custom and change it to run every day

You can then set what time of day you want it to run and the other conditions you already have.

Hmm - I am not sure that will work. I am looking to send this reminder only once - the custom field seems to offer this to be a recurring reminder.

We have new hires starting and want to send a reminder to the Manager 3 days prior (just once).
