Control Center Project Link - Global Change to Rename & HyperLink Change

Please consider added Control Center global change functionality to be able to rename the project links for already provisioned projects. In addition add a control center global change to be able to change the associated hyper link for the already provisioned projects.

I run a control center blueprint program for a large organization with in Optum. This is a huge issue for me since so many departments utilize my program. Executive leadership requested that I change the name of the project link and wanted to have it launch a different dashboards. I made the launch changes in the blueprint and it worked great for newly provisioned projects. However, I know how about 70 projects with the old links and about 18 new projects that launch a new dashboard. Basically the project links in my summary sheets are not really usable now because of it inconsistencies.
