Is it possible to share (read-only) an asset - sheet, template, workspace, etc with everyone in your organization without having to explicitly share with all individuals or groups?

You could publish some types of items (https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522078-publishing-smartsheet-items) and then just share the link(s).

the group would be everyone in my organization (1000+) plus new people that get hired -- how do I have a dynamic group that always contains everyone?

I could publish but I want licensed user to be able to make a copy, like a template and use it.

Is there a way to create my own template for all to use?

I was just searching for a best practice to share to everyone - we have an Enterprise plan. I need people to be able to search the data but not modify. Dynamic View would work except it doesn't have search ability (share to domain). Publishing didn't allow searching. Filtering is too cumbersome. They need to be able to search for a portion of a name. We currently have this list in SharePoint and I wanted to move it to SS, but it's looking like SharePoint is better for searching the list.

The ability for a System Admin to share to domain might be helpful.
