Unable to 'Reactivate' user - 'Something went wrong' error
I am trying to reactivate a user in my system. He shows up on my 'deactivated' list. However, when I try to 'reactivate' him, I get the "Something went wrong" error:
I tried deleteing him completely, and then readding him. I was able to delete him, but when I added him as a new user, it told me the invite was sent - which it wasn't. He ends up back on my deactivated list instead.
How do I get this person reactivated?

Hi @KFall
I hope you're well and safe!
Strange!
If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,

I had the same issue, so have submitted a support ticket. I don't find the "Something went wrong" message very helpful.
