Obtain a sheet form url

Is there a way to get a reference to a sheets form URL without going into manage forms and getting the hard URL? I have project specific pulse surveys that I would like to add to the projects dashboard and have the link to the form intact when new projects are provisioned via SCC.

You can get the reference to the sheet itself, but what about the form within the sheet?
