Conditional Logic on Likert Scale Not Working

Hi Community,

I've created a form with conditional logic. All of my logic works perfectly except for a 'any of' Likert Scale response. For context, if a user submits a response of 1, 2 or 7, a secondary question should populate. The response list does include'N/A', i.e. N/A, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

I have already attempted to remove the backslash in 'N/A,' to no effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I haven't made an obvious error. Thank you, in advance, for your time and consideration.

What is the issue? Is it showing the field when N/A is selected even though you said to only show it if 1, 2, or 7 is selected?

Hi Paul, thanks for your reponse. My apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I moved recently. The problem I'm experiencing is that the logic-dependent fields are showing before a response is selected. The dependent field should only show up when 1, 2 or 7 is selected. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, in advance!

Hi Paul, I resolved this issue. I had higher level logic condition that was set to display those fields. I fixed the error and everything works great. Thanks for getting back to me and again, apologies for the delayed response on my end.
