DataShuttle Excel export behaves differently when exporting manually

We have a sheet that contains many columns, some of which are contact fields. When we export that sheet manually, directly from in the sheet itself (File > Export > Export to Microsoft Excel) those fields appear in Excel as the users name. However, when creating an offload workflow through DataShuttle, the same field in Excel is shown as the users email address. We would like the functionality you get through the manual export to be replicated in the DataShuttle export.
