Owner access to 'Sheet Access Report' for their shared items

We have owners with many Smartsheet items, who would like a way to be able to see their own shared user list across all their items via a version of the 'Sheet Access Report' that is only available to System administrators. Is this possible with a type of owner report, or will sheet access only be available system administrators?

Something like this would be fantastic for regular audits & cleanups of user access. I hope it gets implemented.
