Form Submitted but never shows up in the sheet
We had a customer submit a form on May 12, 2023 that never populated in our sheet but the submitter received a copy of data they submitted. We've reviewed the history and don't see anything on May 12. We've combed through things carefully and can't find a reason, which is unsettling. How likely is this an issue on our end vs an issue with Smartsheet's forms?

Have you tried applying filters to the sheet to help search for their entry since you are able to reference the email that they received containing a copy of their responses? Do you have any automations set up on the sheet? Are you 100% positive they filled out the right form?

If you're confident they submitted to the correct sheet, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
