Improved access to the Activity log

I use a SS with several collaborators who have the ability to send update requests to a much larger group of people. I often have to research who made a change to a row, but the activity log has very limited search features, and I usually can't wait a day or two for a Download. At the very least, please add a capability to view the activity on a particular row.
