Organization Workspace for Shared Content


I asked our Smartsheet reps whether there is a way under our Enterprise plan to have a workspace that is tied to our organization rather than an individual account (license). In this way, we could create and share content across the organization without having the content tied to a specific person who may change jobs or leave the organization. I was told the only way to do this is to use a paid license as a sort of "generic" account to create the workspace. It seems to me that an Enterprise plan should come with the ability to have organization content stored with the plan as owner rather than with an individual paid license.
