ENGAGE 2023: Potential Unlocked, our annual conference, is back again September 19-21 in Seattle and we can’t wait to see you there!
And what is sweeter than being at ENGAGE? Winning a FREE conference pass to get you there!
To kick things off, we’re launching our Sticker Design Contest (back again this year by popular demand!).
Here’s how to win: Submit your unique sticker design that captures what makes the Smartsheet Community platform and its members the best.The winning design will be created and distributed at ENGAGE.
- Submissions in all formats welcomed, no Adobe or Canva skills necessary - just a little creativity and love for our Community!
- Snap a photo of your design whether pen on a napkin ; crayon on walls, lipstick on mirrors - you get it 🙂.
Looking for a little inspiration? Check out the creative designs of our members last year (as well as the winning design by our 2022 winner @Cherise Reguero)
Criteria (please read):
- Sticker design size: 1.5” Circle
- You can design in any tool you feel comfortable with (Adobe suite, Canva, etc. all welcome, as is pencil on paper, or creative collage of leaves).
- Upload your final design in the thread of this post (.jpg image preferred but not required)
- The Community will pick the winner by Upvoting the designs - stickers will be judged on creativity and how well it embodies what makes the Smartsheet Community so special
- The top three designs with the most number of votes will then have a grand prize winner chosen by the Smartsheet Community team and will be notified through direct message
Remember: Not only will your sticker design win you a FREE conference pass to ENGAGE, but your sticker design will be featured IRL at ENGAGE! Find Complete Contest Rules attached here.
On July 17th the contest will close to new submissions. The three designs with the highest number of Community votes will become our finalists. One winner among our finalists will be chosen by our Community Support team with the winner announced soon after.
Help us showcase how creative and unique the Smartsheet Community is by participating in this contest and other creative activities we’ll be hosting over the next couple months, leading up to the conference - stay tuned!

Simple, but the Smartsheet Community has been a life-saver for me the past 6 months. I went from zero to 100 producing dashboards, automation -- it's been great! This will be my first conference, looking forward to it!

Hey everyone! We utilize Smartsheets here at our Chick-fil-A to help keep all of our new hire information consolidated and organized and I did a sticker here (with room for the Smartsheet community logo at the bottom) with our company colors as a nod to how we use it! What do ya'll think?

Smartsheet's organizational tools help keep me and the various departments on track with our projects. It's one of the best collaboration tools out there and glad that we've begun using it here in the office.
