Using hidden fields in form creation

I am trying to use a hidden field as part of my logic when I try to create a form. However if you hide the field, then it unavailable in the selection field. Any idea as to how to get it to work without unhiding the field?

If it is hidden then no selection can be made and thus no logic can be applied from that field. What exactly are you wanting to achieve from this?

I am trying to setup the form so that when you select certain questions in the drop down it populates a secondary text or dropdown box where you can choose answer or write your answer depending on what you selected. It only seems to work if the secondary boxes are unhidden. If they are hidden then it will not work.

See the Yes / No Radio buttons that appeared after selecting the questions.

It will only work if the options in the logic are unhidden. If they are hidden then the boxes will not populate after you select your questions.

Hey Paul I figured out what I did wrong and addressed it, but now I have another question. Can i turn a URL link for another sheeting into a clickable item on the form?

If you select the text that you want to turn into a link, click on the icon on the farthest right side. (see screenshot)
