Expand time-based automation conditions to include "hours or time"

Per my previous idea, TODAY-based formulae updating cells affects the "Modified Date" column which then prevents automations whose conditions is based on whether something has been updated "today" from functioning.

On alternative idea to address this deficiency is to include "hours" of "time" as a automation condition filter. As the "Modified Date" and "Created Date" columns include a time stamp, perhaps we condition filters could then be created where a triggered automation would not run if something was updated within the last X hours or before or after XX am/pm.

This would allow the current system to stand while simply expanding the functionality of the automations.
