why won't the editor access level not allow edits all of a sudden?
An hour ago I received a call from work stating that the Smartsheet wasn't allowing anyone to make edits. I logged in, found everyone was set at "editor - can share" and asked for a cache cleaning, log out and back to smartsheet. didn't work. we went through multiple similar basic trouble shooting (including trying "editor - cannot share") but nothing worked. I had to bump the entire group up to admin. I haven't changed access for the majority of users in a year.

I was having a few issues earlier today as well, but they seem to have worked themselves out (hopefully).
