Last Update Column
I created Automation to insert a Date in a column ("Last Update Date") when a new comment is added. However, the whole column is updating with 'Today's Date' each time it's saved, not just the cell for the specific row. So everything looks like it's just updated.
How can I change this? Thanks in advance

I built this same automation into a sheet of mine and it is only recording a date on the line the comment was added. Have you tried deleting the automation and restarting?

Hmm, will give that a go... it's just annoying every time it does it and I have to go in and edit each row individually!! Thanks.

So I've done this... is this what your's looks like @Pamela Clapp ?

Actually is there a way of Smartsheet extracting the last comment date from the comments... otherwise I'm going to be doing this manually?

@Samuel Mueller I think you know the answer to the above if she can pull the last comment.
