Help creating a Pivot

hello my first time here and hoping to find someone who can help.

I have appx 12 individual Smartsheets tracking testing for individual modules. Within each module tracker, I am capturing status across 4 companies (Pass/Fail).

I plan on creating a report ( I know how to do this)that combines the individual sheets and then create a Pivot (I don't now how to do this) that calculates the Pass Fail for each company across all of the modules
