I can totally relate to receiving funny looks for rattling on about Smartsheet. I look forward to ENGAGE, so I can actually talk to others who actually "get it"! Looking forward to meeting you, especially. I'm a lot jealous of how darn good you are!

@Ray Lindstrom That was my favorite part of ENGAGE last year. So many Smartsheet nerds gathered in one place. Haha. Sitting there at a meal listening to other people nerd out about something or how EVERYONE was cheering for certain announcements instead of just me. Hahaha.

I will be there again this year, and the company I will be with will have a booth. You'll definitely have to stop by to say hi!

I'm relatively new to Smartsheet and still taking basic trainings to learn all the features. A few weeks back, I was successful in helping to automate workflows for a team that was receiving multiple requests through a Smartsheet Form and having to constantly go into the sheet to review. With my help, I was successful in rerouting the request tickets to the appropriate POC, to come to them via email and their Team Slack Channel, so everyone can now stay on top of their tasks and meet SLAs. Although probably a very small update in Smartsheet, it was ultimately the first time that I was able to help a customer build a more efficient process using the tool. It was the first BIG WIN in support of a project that directly impacts our entire TA organization (200+ people) and contributes to an elevated candidate experience. 😊
