I want to show a person's available allocation on a project plan based on their allocation across other project plan within our Workspace. I know you can see all user’s allocation on the resource view but what I really want is to show on a specific project sheet, someone's available allocation based on how much they are already allocated to other projects.
For example, if person X is already allocated 50% on project A, and 20% on project B, I would see that they have 30% allocation available on project C and this allocation would auto populate and adjust according to any changes to project A or B or any other sheets which person X has an allocation greater that 0%. Ideally I would be able to select which folders within our Workspace that are referenced when determining the allocation available.
