How do I get blank fields to show up on a Chart Widget?

How do I get blank fields to show up on a Chart Widget, they show up on my report as Summary "0" because the fields are not filled in so they do not translate to the chart I have on my DB.

You are goin to need to use a separate metrics sheet with cross sheet formulas instead of a report.

Thank you! I updated my summary sheet and then created a summary report and it now accurately displays all statuses, including the blanks.
