How to get all drop down values to pop up in one cell?

Hi @triveintern
You can pull the attendee names to the parent row (the row with "Attendees") and then use the same formula to get the value against the first row (the row with "ACG DealFest Northeast"). The formula you can use is =JOIN(CHILDREN(), " , "). You can change the delimited from comma in this case to any other symbol as well.
I am not sure how you're capturing attendee names in this sheet. But if you want the value to appear only when 100% is marked in another column, you should capture the name in a different column and use a formula to bring it to the attendee name column when 100% is marked.
