Sync my Outlook calendar to Smartsheet

I want a function to reflect the events in the Outlook calendar in Smartsheet and publish the Smartsheet in the Calendar view.

I manage sales training schedules, and some training are recurring ones. I use Outlook Calendar to schedule training and invite salespeople. I want to sync my Outlook calendar to Smartsheet and publish the Smartsheet on my team's event page.
