Unable to create Dynamic View

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to access the dynamic view on my paid plan and I get a message saying :

Any views that you have access to appear here.
To create a view, you need a license. Contact us to get started.

I already purchase a license so I don't know why I get the this

Does anyone know what to do from here?

Have you made any Dynamic Views after the purchase?
How long ago did you make the purchase?
Have you checked so you have the Dynamic View feature added to your user in Admin Center?

It's been a year, almost
Have you checked so you have the Dynamic View feature added to your user in Admin Center?
I have the feature added to my Admin user Center, yes.

Is there a way to activate the dynamic view feature?
