Account administration not matching the admin center

Hello
We have deactivated some users in the admin center but the users are still active in the account management system.
Is anyone else having this issue and do you have an explanation or answer to get the two to synch.

When you say Account Administration, do you mean the legacy version that is found through your profile icon in Smartsheet, then clicking something like "Plan & Billing info" then "User Management" from the left panel?
If so, the Admin Center will be the reliable source of information; deactivating accounts is a newer term and may not be visible through the legacy version. I would recommend only using the Admin Center's User Management page moving forward.
