Automatically convert attachment to a proof

My team uses a form to collect information which includes attachments. We would like to convert an attachment to a proof and automatically send to stakeholders (using contact columns) for review. Wondering if anyone has been able to do this. Thank you in advance for your help.

There currently isn't a way to automatically create a Proof from an attachment and send it as a Proof in the way you're describing.

You could leverage proof info columns to keep track of the versions and then build automation on top of this Version column as your trigger. The recipient would still need to go into the row/sheet to review the proof as it's not sent in the workflow, but it could automate a notification for you.
