Proofing Question: Allow persons shared to see all versions of edited document

Hello,

I have a co-worker who is having trouble letting her colleagues view current and past edits to the documents she is working on in Brandfolder, this is all under the Proofs feature. Is there a specific way to share so that she can share all content so that those who are shared to the proofs can see more than the last version? She has them set as Admin but it still is not showing everything.

Any insight is appreciated.

If you're speaking to the Proofing featuring in Smartsheet on a Sheet's row, your Admin collaborators should be able to toggle between different versions using the "Version" dropdown in the top-left.

When they're viewing an older version, a bar at the top will let them know if there's a newer version:

If I've misunderstood what you're looking to do, can you post screen captures but block out sensitive data?
