At our company, we created a Smartsheet Professional Alliance, which is growing by around 100 members per month. We have a Teams shared out to the community and 2 trainings per month: 1 training topic for everyone and 1 partner training with Smartsheet where our company presents a business case and Smartsheet provides additional training and info on the tool or resource used for the solution. By spreading the outreach globally, we have people answering questions and making connections all over the world, often sharing things to this Smartsheet community. We love how much we are learning from each other!

I either go to my co-worker, @Jason Tarpinian, or I come here to the forums. Both are great and I learn so much!
And lately, if I have the time, I've been going to ChatGPT just see to see how all this will work in the future when I'll be building solutions from my hoverboard.😎

I start with the Smartsheet Help section, if I am unable to find my answer I quickly move to the community.

As a Smartsheet Consultant and Trainer people tend to come to me for help. I have worked with/taught similar apps for over 25 years, so I am usually able to work things out.
If not, I have my colleagues at SBP and I have no qualms about searching through the community answers myself 😉 It is a great resource.

I like this August Question of the Month
For me, learning about Smartsheet and falling in love with it was a long process. I started solving small problems at work, then got bigger and built a whole set of solutions for the businesses where I worked. Depending on the complexity of the problem, I search for answers in different ways in increasing order of magnitude as follows:
- Help and Learning (Question icon on the left bottom of navigation bar) for quick answers
- Smartsheet Community to find the solution to a complex problem
- Check out Smartsheet's or Smartsheet partners' Youtube channels for an overview of Smartsheet's features and foresight when designing solutions.
- Contact Support | Smartsheet Learning Center to get help with product or technical issues from official Smartsheet Suport Portal

When I was first learning Smartsheet, I used the usual help and learning videos and article as well as this Community.
Now that I have gained a little bit more knowledge about the platform, I have a standing weekly call with a few coworkers where we help each other brainstorm our more complex solutions.
