No brainer, Smartsheet community is the first place to look for advice whenever I am stuck. This literally has answers to anything and everything. The community questions and answers can in fact be turned into an AI based knowledgebase. SmartsheetGPT perhaps?
I have always admired how my colleagues @Kaveri Vipat, @Anjanesh Vaidya, Nisha Goutam and @Shubham come to the rescue when I need immediate support.

For Smartsheet advice, I have or would utilize the following:
- Official Smartsheet Resources: The official Smartsheet website provides a wealth of information, including documentation, guides, and tutorials.
- Smartsheet Community: Typically the questions I have someone else has already asked it and received an answer. So thanks to all of you for making my life easier.
- YouTube Tutorials and Videos: I have found a few video tutorials and walkthroughs for various aspects of using Smartsheet. These videos can be very visual and can help you understand how to perform specific tasks.
- Smartsheet Training and Workshops: I suspect folks would learn a lot at the a conference or training class. Sadly I haven't been to one yet. Maybe I get the chance someday.

I started a Smartsheet User Group at my organization. We have a Teams chat and meet once a month to talk through our Smartsheet questions and upcoming projects. It has been great to ask my peer questions in the workplace in addition to using the Smartsheet community.

I tend to utilize the Help Learning section a lot which often directs me to the Community page.

University 👨🎓: You have to start with the video library at SmartsheetU. This gave me a solid foundation and a glimpse of what was possible on Smartsheet. It inspired me to pour my energy into building a full-service engagement platform for my firm and our clients.
Peers 👥: I am the most experienced user of Smartsheet in my organization, but I have already picked up a couple of things from my peers as they explore new use cases. We meet periodically to discuss tips/ideas.
Community👨💻: Searches for help lead back to this community. I have found many solutions or inspiration for new uses here. It is, by far, the best resource but I do come away without a solution sometimes.

Initially, I reached out to my CSM. Now I'm brave enough to look around and many times, I find what I need by exploring past projects. I also peek at these questions and answers and find lots of guidance.

We work in a large company and have internally some resources available (smartsheet acc team) that can help us but most of the knowledge I find on the community and EAP.

I'm still kind of a newbie and this community is my #1 place to go for help or guidance. It is pretty amazing how people step up to try and help you. So grateful for all of you and your experience!!
