I'm still fairly new to using smartsheets, but as I've started my first big project, I find that I keep coming back HERE to find answers and suggestions. I've spent so much time poking around, I had to go ahead and join the community ☺️

I am one of the Smartsheet SME's at my organization, so when I get stuck I reach out to the other SME's here. This may sound funny, but sometimes I just try to explain the situation to my dog, you'd never believe how many times I've figured out the problem by just talking it through with my dog.

I'm the superuser in my department, but if I get stuck- Smartsheet Community is my first go-to. If I need additional help, then my external certified consultant. She is amazing and always has the answer.

I do a lot of research in google and the Smartsheet community quietly first - then I will reach out to someone personally for more information if I can't solve it myself.

I actually love the idea of explaining the situation to your dog as a way to figure out the problem 😄

I too am a fan of the Smartsheet Community. There is some amazing expertise here. When I have a little extra time, I just read thru a topic or question just to gain a little more insight. But when I have an issue. the Community is my number 1 go to. Unfortunately the Smartsheet Support desk is very 'scripted' and can be frustrating to engage sometimes.

Being fairly new to Smartsheet I've looked many places for help - the community, Smartsheet support, Google, etc. I really try to figure things out on my own as much as possible but I have found the community here to be the best and fastest to get various opinions and answers. The Smartsheet community is probably the best resource I've found. I've also found several Youtube 'partners' who have alot of instructional videos that I continue to find very helpful. As I get more experience and develop my own solutions I hope to be able to give back as much as possible.

I either turn to this Community or I jump on Google depending on what I am needing help with. I try to exhaust all my options before I come to the community. In doing that, it has helped me to learn a lot on my own that I otherwise wouldn't have. The community has been great in helping with the complex problems and formulas that I have needed. I love how supportive the community is with all the support they offer.

I usually search the Community first. We also set up a Teams channel for our licensed users to have Q/A support.
