Smartsheet Forms Not Loading

The form attached to a recently created Smartsheet will not open until it is saved. I clicked on the Save button;

the form has been “saving” for over 10 minutes. I am unable to open the form. Can you comment on why this may be happening, or suggest ways to troubleshoot the issue?

That article is exactly what I would have suggested reviewing:

• Double check your internet connection strength
• Sign out and sign back in again
• Test on another browser

Thank you, Genevieve. Still unable to save the form, but my IT director set aside some time to troubleshoot with me this afternoon. I will keep you posted!

Hello Genevieve,

The troubleshooting tips from Smartsheet did not resolve the issue. I copied all the data into a new sheet and recreated the form. There were no issues with the new sheet and form.
