Metrics sheet, filter the data you pull back

So i have a main data sheet and it has a column called key initiatives. In that sheet, i can filter off of that column.

So now what i want to do is create a metric sheet that would only pull data from the source sheet that has the key initiatives box checked for that line item.

What formula could be used to accomplish this request?

Can you share some screenshots please?

You can use an automation to move rows to the metric sheet, do you want to count the number of instences of each initiative?

Some more information would help.
