Control Center - Provisioning

Our team currently uses Control Center to provision projects in which our projects dashboards’ URLs are written back to our Project Intake Sheet. We recently added a new dashboard to the toolkit which is created when the new project is provisioned. However, I need help writing the dashboards' URLs back to the new column I’ve created in the Intake Sheet. This URL would also be pulled into the toolkit’s project metadata sheet. 

In addition, we would like the new dashboard's URL to be a published/public version (if possible). Once the URLs are appropriately pulled into the intake and metadata sheets, I can revise Control Center to have those URLs rolled up to our summary sheets.

Do I need assistance from our Smartsheet technical rep or is this something that I can do by revising Control Center's blueprints?  So far, I haven't had much luck finding out how I can handle writing back the published URLs to the intake or metadata sheets.

You are going to have to explore the API. You aren't going to be able to get Control Center to publish a dashboard, grab that URL, then put it somewhere.
