Hi everyone, I thought I'd already posted here, but clearly not!

My name's Stephen Cox and I work as a Solution Manager at the BBC.

My team product owns Smartsheet for the BBC and as well as dealing with all of the commercial/contractual side of things, I'm also very active in Smartsheet's promotion and rollout across our organisation.

We have around 45 different use cases - not all related to project management (quiz questions database, short form content planning, sustainability tracking amongst others) - and around 9000 users overall.

I love Smartsheet's ease of use, flexibility in terms of what you can utilise it for (it's not just a spreadsheet!) and ability to create quick but powerful solutions.

I live in Salford (just outside of Manchester, UK), but I'm originally from Liverpool and support Liverpool FC. I love travelling and music.

I attended Smartsheet's inaugural ENGAGE event in London this week and would highly recommend it to anyone who's not managed to get to one yet! It was fantastic - great networking opportunity and great to see how much Smartsheet is loved by other users in our region.

Hello Everyone I'm Dakota Haeffner,

I joined my team as a Smartsheets expert, specifically brought on board to build an intake solution but eventually got looped in to assist with the implementation, project management, and operation teams in finding effective solutions through Smartsheets. Throughout my journey, I discovered my passion for creating efficient formulas and went deeper into the world of coding, learning languages such as SQL and Python. This newfound knowledge has allowed me to develop Smartsheets solutions that have a significant impact on multiple teams within the organization. Aside from my professional achievements, I participate in races and lifting events as often as I can and love staying competitive. I am also blessed with a beautiful family. My wife, three kids, and two dogs bring joy and fulfillment to my life. I am proud to have been born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, and I appreciate the diverse culture and opportunities this city offers. Additionally, as a data enthusiast, I have a love for a well-designed graph. I am excited to continue my journey with Smartsheets and contribute to the success of our team and organization.

Hello,

My name is Louis Leir. I am originally from the United Kingdom but working in Ireland… I moved here for 6 months 12 years ago and now have a mortgage, wife and puppy here.

I work for a rare disease pharmaceutical company and I am using Smartsheet in the establishment of a life cycle management function. I am using the platform to help translate the impact of project activity on the supply chain organisation.

I have been a user of Smartsheet for just 9 months but with the help of Smartsheet University, YouTube and some help from this forum I have leant plenty about the value Smartsheet can offer.

I recently attended Engage, London and met some fantastic people and saw some excellent sessions.

Looking forward to learning more and continuing to build connections in this fabulous Smartsheet community.

Hi! My name is Trang. Background in Healthcare and only recently changed fields completely to IT/AI. I supported Smartsheet solutions across one of the largest healthcare plan as an Admin and Consultant and continue my consulting role in my new role. I enjoy solutioning complex problems and issues and being able to show my creativity producing things from the ground up. I learn about the business and the customer, always learn a new feature in Smartsheet whether it's a new formula or a workaround for an automation and enjoy the collaborative efforts which builds my professional network.

During my free time, I enjoy and very proud of my role as a single mother spending time with my son, bowling and doing little DIY crafts. Recently got into making friendship bracelets bringing me back to my teenage years.

Hi everyone,

My name is Chris (Christine) from the UK, my field is Care profession, more so care homes. I am based at head office Property department currently. I have been using Smartsheet since late 2015 just completing webforms mainly to log daily workload. I have created many basic sheets with webforms attached to them for reporting purposes, collating data, approvals via automation notifications etc. I have more recently learnt to create a sheet with a formula for a rag rating reference and used the community to assist where i was going wrong. (Thank you community formulas people)

I still have a long, long way to go but every sheet, webform creation brings me a step closer. I tried my hand at creating a dashboard last week but couldn't work out what i actually wanted so back to the drawing board there.

I have also been using Dynamic View and sharing this throughout the teams, creating automations for department notifications and getting them used to using dynamic view too.

@Paul McGuinness has been a great mentor helping me navigate my own path through the use of Smartsheet.

Look forward to learning from like minded people on the community and navigating my way through Smartsheet.

My name is Michelle and I work in the correctional industry proudly serving the state of Oklahoma. I was recently promoted to Data Conversion Specialist. My new job affords me the luxury of working with Smartsheet daily building tracking systems and dashboards for multiple departments. My work has been published agency-wide and is utilized daily by administrators to make data driven decisions. My passion is to showcase the hard work, talent, and dedication of my peers as we serve to protect life and liberty. We all have more work to do than we have hours in a day and I find great reward in simplifying the daily tasks and producing living reports which saves precious man-hours and boosts morale.

I have spent countless hours browsing the Smartsheet Community hunting for solutions for complicated calculations. Hats off to this community as your knowledge and willingness to share has greatly influenced my personal success.

My name is Diocles (Greek) but go by Dio. I currently live in Miami, Florida with my husband and our pup Bailey (a soft-coated wheaten terrier). Happy to join the Smartsheet community. I have been using Smartsheet since 2018 mainly as a Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager. Organization is key to success and to me Smartsheet has provided a central location for everyone to collaborate. I work for a large university healthcare system and have successfully trained nurses to use Smartsheet to provide status updates on a range of initiatives, at the beginning there was resistance but ultimately Smartsheet won them over!

Now, I have transitioned to a manager role, and I am incorporating Smartsheet workflows, sheets, and automation at every opportunity. One of my goals is to sharpen my skills in dashboard creation for ease of reporting and team visibility.

My name is Jodi, and I've been in the retail industry for my entire adult life. I transitioned about a decade ago from the retail salesfloor to a contact center environment, and then did a total 180 into an operations role with a heavy helping of project management. Somewhere in there, I met Smartsheet and geeked out big time!

I'm an advocate of the product, in just about any situation, and my team teases me mercilessly for always promoting Smartsheet solutions.

When I'm not gleefully building automation or exploring new solutions in the platform, you can find me hanging with the folks in my picture below, and probably with my nose in a book. I'm an avid reader, with no particular genre, just love to lose myself in a good story!

Although I grew up in Washington State, my husband and I relocated to the Houston area when the kids graduated. We've been here ever since and are happily Granddad and Gigi to our 5 Grandkids.

I love the capabilities and functionality to convert data from our database into dashboards. I hope to provide enhancement requests and to continue to be a resource to others within my organization.
