Is there a way I can have a question repeated again in smart sheet form?

I have a list of employees, I have divided them into four sections based on their last name. I have a drop-down menu where the user select one option from the list below, which gives a list of names.

1. A-F
2. G-K
3. L-R
4. S-Z

Is there a way I can select multiple names from different 1-4 lists? Allowing multiple selection deleted prior selection and keeps only the current selection.

Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

The first step is to make a field which indicates which list to show (or multiple)

then you can apply logic, to show hidden fields only when their field is selected as seen below
