Smartsheet Connector: Form should present values derived from Jira

If there is a field in Jira called "Fix Version," with allowed values including 1, 2 and 3, then it would be great to read those values into our Smartsheet Form via the Connector and present a dropdown list to the form submitter. This list of pre-populated, acceptable values would allow them to choose a Fix Version that's known to jira.

This approach would prevent forms from being submitted with invalid Fix Version entries that keep a jira ticket from being created and result in a sync error that has to be unstuck manually.
