My Smartsheet Contacts sometime display as email, and sometimes as name??

Some of my contacts display as their email address and others will show the name. I would like them all to display the name in the sheet. Is this possible?

This is because your contacts have to setup their contact card on their personal smartsheet account. You can refer your team to update their contact cards by clicking here:
